How Hydroporator® works
Hydroporator® fluidically stretches individual cells to instantaneously permeabilize their cell and nuclear membranes, enabling the rapid delivery of biomolecules vicinity. This unique method allows for highly efficient delivery while maintaining the viability and cell functionality.

Sample(Cells + Delivery cargos) is infused into Hydroporator and flows through the microfluidic cartridge.

Cells are fluidically deformed by the microfluidic vortex, creating nanopores on their cell and nuclear membranes.

As cells recover their shape, nearby delivery cargos enter through the nanopores via convection and diffusion.
